Shipping Policy

All online orders are processed within 3–5 business days before leaving our facility.

We ship orders every Monday and Tuesday to ensure your products arrive fresh and in excellent condition.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package from our Baraboo facility to your doorstep.

Standard delivery time: 3 days from ship date.

Holiday order cut-off date: TBD

Please note: We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes.

Refund & Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your delivery for any reason, please contact us at (608) 356-5574 or baraboomeatmarket@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We may provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item. Due to the perishable nature of the product, we do not offer exchanges. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any item with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a credit or refund.

If you are dissatisfied with any non-food Product you purchased, you may return the Product within thirty (30) days of the date you received the Product by contacting (608) 356-5574 or baraboomeatmarket@gmail.com and following the shipping  instructions we supply. All returned Products must be unused and in their original packaging. After we receive your returned Product, we will issue you a refund for the price you paid for the Product (less any applicable shipping and handling charges). If you do not comply with the terms of this section, you will be ineligible to receive a refund.

Disclaimer

All meat products are perishable and shipped frozen or chilled with insulated packaging and ice packs/dry ice when necessary. While we take every precaution to ensure your order

arrives in excellent condition, we cannot guarantee product temperature upon delivery due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate shipping address
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the package
  • Promptly refrigerating or freezing products upon delivery
  • We are not responsible for spoilage due to:
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Delivery delays by the carrier
  • Packages left unattended

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can review the issue.
